Chateau Los Boldos Vineyard Presentation:
This Tradition Shiraz 2005 wine (Sirah), a dark black colour, has a very attractive aroma, typical of Syrah. On the nose, the aromas of spices, black pepper, olives and fresh tobacco stand out. On the palate, the tannins are very rounded, almost sugary. With a good concentration, this Tradition Syrah has a long finish in the mouth.

Cosino-Macul Vineyard Presentation:
The characteristics of the Riesling variety make this wine impossible to mistake. It has an extraordinarily floral bouquet, with citric notes, and on the palate it is fresh, balanced and with pronounced acidity. It is recommended as an aperitif to accompany seafood and sweet and sour food.

J. Bouchon Vineyard Presentation:
Bouchon is a family vineyard created in 1892. The cellar and vineyards are located in the Maule Valley with a total of 370 hectares. Our grapes are harvested and selected by hand. The combination of old vines, the care taken of the vineyards and a good handling at the cellar enables us to obtain this excellent wine†.
SurVino:
This is a sober wine. Its most notable feature is its attractive cherry colour (ruby red). Its bouquet has little to offer, a slight sense of acid fruits (plum and blackcurrents). It is very dry on the palate, without a balance of other flavours which could have been given by the wood and the tannins. It is very good to accompany roasted meats, if the food and cost savings are what matters; it won’t stand out, but it won’t ruin anything either.
