Winemaking
Cold maceration at 10 ºC, fermentation at 23-26ºC, soft raisings, short maceration with the skins.
Guard American and French barrels by 8 months
Color Deep red with some violets notes.
Aroma Concentrated and attractive nose, with raspberry aromas, red fruits, cassis and an elegant vanilla touch contributed by the barrel.
Taste Mature mouth, concentrated, great structure and long end.

Total Acidity 3.12 g/L

That´s an excellent wine. I´m from Brazil and I always look for wine from Chile, Argentina or southern Brazil, certainly the best.
