Cosino-Macul Vineyard Presentation:
The characteristics of the Riesling variety make this wine impossible to mistake. It has an extraordinarily floral bouquet, with citric notes, and on the palate it is fresh, balanced and with pronounced acidity. It is recommended as an aperitif to accompany seafood and sweet and sour food.

Cousino–Macul Vineyard description:
“This wine was created in 1968 in honour of Matias Cousino, our founder. Initially it was matured in 1800 litre oak barrels for 2 years, with grapes harvested from the Macul vineyards. Today it is a blended wine with grapes harvested from the Buin vineyards where the Cabernet Sauvignon brings the character, the Merlot its delicacy and the maturing in French holm oak barrels brings the complexity. It has an expressive bouquet where the strawberry and the smooth toasted flavour of the wood are blended so that on the palate it tastes fresh, flavourful and full of nuances. Without doubt a new concept which will remind us very well of our founder in the renewed times of Cousinoo Macul while looking ahead to the next 150 years”
SurVino:
Without a doubt, this classic of Chilean viticulture makes a bid to stand out in a market full of Cabernet Sauvignon, which with few exceptions leaves us some surprises in among its already famous virtues. The vineyards located in Macul are mainly reserved for the production of “Antiguas Reservas”, for which reason we find a new wine with 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 60% from the Buin vineyards, 40% from the traditional Macul vineyards, and making up the blend 15% of Merlot.
The result is a less bodied wine, smooth and complex on the palate.
